Guys, check this out! http://www.buzzfeed.com/daves4/how-much-of-an-awkward-person-are-you
I got a 12 out of 70 and apparently I'm "Super Awkward". What do you guys get???
If you like quaint cafés, acoustic music and art - come to Middle Ground Cafe in Stafford CT tomorrow night from 6-8 for Arts On Main. I'm gonna be playing some tunes along side John Unghire. Also, my mother will have a lot of her pictures on display and for sale. I will have a drawing of Marilyn Monroe, I did, for sale along with the a drawing of the greatest guitarist in history, D'Jango Rhienhartd. The whole downtown area will be dedicated to supporting local artists. So if you wanna see more art or hear more music just walk down the street and you'll find it. Come out and enjoy yourself!
I love this band so much, Caravan Of Thieves (thanks to Laura Pedemonti for knowing what I'd get hooked on). They did a new video right in the town I'm always in, by the cafe I'm always getting coffee at. It's cool to see every shot and know exactly where it is. Just bummed I was outta town for this shoot. PS - our Paper Road video was shot in the same spot! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03CzGYQwmI0
After recording for a few hours with headphones on - trying to read the arrangements on my computer monitor (whistle squinting), producing music and a massive headache at the same time - I noticed how better it is wearing my glasses and actually being able to see and read.
If anyone's curious - The police are very slow and the officer I'm working with has had three days off since the incident and he also works at midnight. Makes it hard to stay in contact with him. Also, they won't assign the case to anyone else. Not only is the theft a crappy situation but the protocol the police have to work with is equally as crappy and also very unproductive. So, any headway I get is probably only going to come from me and people helping. So, thank you to those who have helped. And if you see or hear anything, please, let me know privately. The hunt is on. Keep eyes peeled on Craigslist, eBay, Pawn Shops and etc. AAAAND - if anyone was there last Saturday night and saw ANYTHING or ANYONE shady, PLEASE speak up. The smallest thing may help in a big way. Thanks guys!
Freakin Shout Mag did an article on muh boy Joshua Micah. He's also climbing the charts on iTunes! Almost in top 100!!! Beyoncé, Bruno, Adam, Ryan... Oh I'm sorry... You just got passed. Go buy, review and share "we're in heaven"! It's sick. Gettem bro!
Seriously - I want to thank every body who has made a point to speak out, pray, share my posts and spread their support to me, in the past couple of days. If nothing comes back to me, one thing I do know for sure - I am surrounded by supportive caring people and you can't put a price on that and you can't take that. (that's my cheesy mushy statement quota met.)
Honestly, that you, friends and family. You all are so great, encouraging and priceless. Love you all.
Thank you to all you guys who have been so supportive in this really crappy situation. Some of you have been spreading the word and sharing my last post. You're amazing and I seriously appreciate it. Last night, I had thousands of dollars in musical equipment and instruments stolen from me in between 10:30pm-1am. The gear was in my car parked in the driveway of a friends house in Manchester after Tabernacle, about 2 blocks away. If you happened to be at Tabernacle last night and saw anything suspicious or worth mentioning, please message me. This is very important. Some stuff taken is actually priceless and cannot be replaced. I use this gear every Day of the week. It's very essential. I know it's a long shot, but... if you saw something and didn't think anything of it but it seems to make sense now, let me know. Or, if you were at Tabernacle and happened to be the one who took it, please know - this gear is years of investment and customized building. I'd be very grateful if it showed up, somehow. Thank you.
